Quinn and her father have recently moved to Kettle Springs for a fresh start. Kettle Springs is a small town, recently divided since the factory has shut down. While the adults are hoping to keep this small town great like it once was, the kids want to have fun and move, only to never return. When Frendo, the creepy clown mascot of the factory, starts killing the youth of Kettle Springs in order to get it back to greatness, Quinn and her friends are left in a fight for their lives.
